V6 ECO 100XA on order since the beginning of January with a deadline of 6 weeks announced but still not received...
where are the deliveries? Please indicate a realistic time frame for deliveries.

Good news: We just finished the calibration software and will start shipping the V6 ECO 150XA-6 next week!
The V6 ECO 100XA-6 series will follow as soon as all backorders of the V6 ECO 150XA-6 are shipped (end of March).

Something I've always wondered, why do the ECOs show sweep speed of: 500/3000 GHz/s (ie which one is it?)
also I could have swore the eco 100 series sales page previously showed the same ( 500/3000 GHz/s ) but now just shows: 500 GHz/s

You need a key for the 3THz/s. Default is around 500GHz/s.
And even 150XA-6 will be upgradable to THz/s? (according to the spec, it is not)

Your delivery forecasts seem very wrong, I ordered a V6 ECO at the beginning of January with 6 weeks of delivery time.
Please professionally indicate to me a realistic delivery time to date , April 2, 2024.

I have received my SPECTRAN V6 ECO 150XA-6 and run it up. It works but met an issue: the Rx centre frequency cannot be configured to below 300MHz. Not sure why. I am using the latest SW RTSA-Suite PRO - 3.0.1.15473 Beta. Firmware is 0.2.091.B

There are ECOs without up/down converters, those are limited to 300MHz. You might have agreed to take one of those to get a lower lead time.
