NOW AVAILABLE: SPECTRAN V6 ECO (44MHz RTBW | 9kHz to 8GHz)

I have received my SPECTRAN V6 ECO 150XA-6 and run it up. It works but met an issue: the Rx centre frequency cannot be configured to below 300MHz. Not sure why. I am using the latest SW RTSA-Suite PRO - 3.0.1.15473 Beta. Firmware is 0.2.091.B

There are ECOs without up/down converters, those are limited to 300MHz. You might have agreed to take one of those to get a lower lead time.
Oh dear. I don't think there was a request sent to Aaronia to cencel the up/down convert. I need to check with our purchase team.
However, may I please be advised how to address this issue? The V6 ECO was received last week and just been runup once. The analyzer is for our measurement down to 100KHz for aviation nav and coms equipment test. The 300MHz limitation makes it unusable.

In that case please contact our sales team, they can tell you who changed the order and if a swap is possible.
