Stream delay
Hello,
How can I add a certain delay to a stream? For example 500ms.
I thought the Time Shift Block does this, but get no clue about it.

Do you mean an actual delay, an adjustment of timestamps or both?
I thought of an actual delay. For information, I basically want to generate a Signal with the signal generator and write it direct in a file and simultaneously via this delay Block in another file.
If this is possible with an adjustment of timestamps it is fine for me.
Sorry, still not quite sure what you're looking for. In your example, do you want the recorded content (timestamps) of the two files to be different or the same? Or what is the purpose of the delay? "Simultaneously" and "delay" in the same sentence are a bit contradictory.
If you only want to change the timestamps, the Stream Portal block can adjust them up to 1000ms in both directions.
If you need to actually delay processing of the data for whatever reason, that is currently not directly supported, though it could probably be achieved using the Script block.
