RSA250 for UWB verification (channel 6 and 9) | Operate above 8 GHz ?

Hi,

I'm looking for a solution to develop a product using UWB on channel 6 or/and channel 9. Channel 6 should be ok, but channel 9 is at the limit of the RSA250. Is it possible to go up to about 8.5GHz ( clearly with some derating of the spec)?

Yes you can use the 8 GHz extension. It works up to 12 GHz but with limited sensitivity.
