Lowest possible carrier/tone frequency that can be used with the IQ signal generator?

If I'm only using the Tx output, is there any way to get a center frequency down to 100 kHz, even if calibration is imperfect? In short, I'd like to do low frequency baseband modulation on a 100 kHz to 150 kHz carrier.
