The faster the LO switching the less accurate the frequency.

The fastest LO speed we can offer is around 50µs, locking to a new center frequency in sweep mode which offers us over 1THz/s sweep speed (with full RTBW). In this mode the frequency accuracy is not that important (around 140kHz).

But if you want to work with the best possible frequency accuracy you should calculate around 3-10ms.
