GSM-Analyzer (Open Source)

Hi,

I am currently connecting my software RX-FFT and GSM-Analyzer to the RTSA software suite.
As some time passed since I last tuned my code to properly work with all BTSs, I am asking for some help here.

Can you help me a bit by collecting a few samples of BTSs downlink channels of various cities or even countries?
I only need a few seconds, roughly 10-30 should be enough, of a continuous and strong GSM downlink channel.
Recording with 92M /64 would have enough data rate to play with and keeping the file size small for you.

Of course this would probably expose your BTS's LAC and CellIdent, telling me in which 30km cell radius you are located in.

If this is okay for you, you would do me a great favor if you could share such a sample file with me ๐Ÿ™‚
you can either send me a D/L Link for Google Drive, OneDrive or alike or use the ResilioSync key AU44E64UVOCAO7JNOW4K6O4Y2U6ZF7A5G.

Thanks for those who are willing to help ๐Ÿ™‚

Regards,
g3gg0

The link to the software requires username/password !?

hmm indeed.

Seems Hetzner has some trouble with their server config. Getting in touch with them.

I added a binary release for testing.

Here some videos for the RTSA features:

I attached the GSM mission.

For some reason I have to correct the file's sampling rate from 2879999 to 2879560.
I guess I was used to a unexpectedly accurate reference clock and thus never had issues with a deviation *that* small.
Also, I did not try the GPS sync option yet, maybe that helps.

As the HTTP interface currently doesn't transfer the exact sampling rate, and I didn't parse the mission yet,
the sampling rate for network connection is always zero for decimated signals right now.
There you have to set it manually.
