Q : What are the options in histogram to get better resolution/view of histogram ?

Quite simple:

The higher the FFT the higher the histogram resolution.

This is limited by the pixel resolution of your screen so a 8k FFT offers no higher histogram resolution if you are using a 4k monitor.

You might also want to use another drawing method e.g. use lines instead of points.

This will interpolate between measurement points and offers a much higher (visual) resolution at small FFTs and/or low FFT rates but might not show the true RF signal.
