Channel Utilization Block (needs key)

The following mission (needs license) generates 5 16QAM signals with different frame spacings to simulate different channel utilizations.
The Channel Utilization block is used to show the utilization as a color graph (black = 0% and red = 100% utilization).
As we can see the power level does not influence the Channel Utilization block only the utilization itself counts:
