area selection for Directional finding block

Hello Aaronia team,

I'm using IsoLOG for DF,

In the directional finding block , specifically on histogram, if my interested signal is wideband. how much of the signal should be selected? I mean if some part of the signal is selected, the direction of the whole signal would be found?

Yes, the DF takes place for the complete selected area.
