a strange noise when using chopper mode

Hello Aaronia team,

according to questions which I asked before and the answers, I found out that in the case of using "chopper mode" in IsoLOG DF, I should press the "auto rotate" button.

but when I press that a noise which differs with the main noise level about 30 dB appears. and as soon as I make "auto rotate" OFF, the problem is fixed

Is this usual?

This is the trigger sector.

Nothing to worry about since it is not used for the DF.

Can you explain a little about this noise. because I may use the raw data of antenna and I want to compensate this noise
