8 or 9 decimal places for the timing-stamp

I'd like to ask how can I get more than 6 decimal places for timing-stamp of stream data, which can get only uS GPS time. Can I get 8/9 decimal places for the timing-stamp up to 30nS?

Timestamp display precision in the lower table of the debugger has been increased in upcoming versions.
