V6 ECO on Macbook pro 16 run RTSA-SuitePRO v3 error

The V6 ECO 100XA-6 does not run Aaronia RTSA-Suite PRO v3 properly on a macbook pro 2019 16" (intel cpu with a separate windows 10 operating system installed). The status of USB and RX1 are both yellow, left bottom statusbar show "Block 'Spectran v6 eco' in critical state" and the software UI been frozone.The macbook supports thunderbolt 4 and usb4. However, the old version of V6 1000XA (non-ECO) runs Aaronia RTSA-Suite PRO v2.5 normally on the macbook pro 2019 16" (windows 10 installed).
