USB Under/Overflows on 245M IQ

If I go all the way up to 245 MHz IQ rate, the RX status on the ribbon bar goes yellow.  When I hover over it it indicates something about USB underflows.  When I look at the graphs on the Spectran V6 device tab, it indicates USB overflows (see attached screenshot).  This does not occur with any of the lower IQ rates.  I assume it makes more sense that this is causing overflow problems as the graphs indicate, not underflows as the warning indicates.  Either way, any suggestions on how to achieve the full 245MHz IQ and corresponding span for a spectra only stream from the SpectranV6.  I have the RSA2000X.

My blockgraph is just the Spectran V6 and a Spectrum block, with Spectra1 connected between the two (see attached screenshot).

I am only using one of the two Receive channels.  I am on the supplied power supply.  I have both data and boost cables plugged in to "SS" ports on a Dell Precision 7750 with these stats:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.6 GB usable)

Try other USB ports, the Laptop should have plenty.

What happens if you use the IQ output instead?
