sys PLL init failed

Hi all,

I get a strange message after firstly connecting my new SPECTRAN V6.

It told me that an initialization was not successful and the device wouldn't work: PLL Lock NONE.

Is this a Hardware Problem? Shall I send V6 back to factory? Or is there anything else I can try?
