Switching off an Spectran V6 2000X

Hi, I own an Spectran V6 2000X. How can I 'power off' the Aaronia so that it does not receive any signals from the two receivers? Not running the RTSA software, thus, the LEDs of both receivers being off, would suffice? I am trying to understand what this 'power off' would mean in the "SPECTRAN V6 PLUS Function/Block Diagram".

The unit will be in stand by as long as you have a physical USB connection.
