The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS series offers the following sweep speeds based on 245MHz RTBW (some example RBWs) sweeping 6GHz:

RBW 10MHz = 957GHz/s (6,05ms Sweep)
RBW 1MHz = 1,14THz/s (5,07ms Sweep)
RBW 120kHz = 1,11THz/s (5,27ms Sweep)
RBW 10kHz = 55GHz/s (106ms Sweep)
RBW 1kHz = 3GHz/s (1,8ms Sweep)
RBW 100Hz = 155MB/s (37,3s Sweep)

120kHz RBW and above offer the maximum sweep rate possible.
