ROF 1060 | RF over Fiber Receiver & Transmitter Series
The first renderings of the new RF over Fiber Transmitter "ROF 1060TX" and RF over Fiber Receiver "ROF 1060RX" coming soon. All within the stackable V6 housing factor.
This state of the art super high dynamic RF over fiber kit converts all RF signals within the entire frequency range to an analog laser signal which es fed into a single mode fiber cable. Since we are using a 1550nm laser source the damping per km fiber cable is below 0,3dB!.
It is the perfect choice to install or to replace long RF cable connections up to 100km length.
Some highlights of the ROF 1060 Series are:
- Frequency range of 10MHz to 6GHz (usable up to 8GHz)
- USB 3.0 powered
- Ultra low noise of 2,5dB NF
- Ultra high OIP3 of up to 37dBm
- Laser Wavelength: 1550nm
- Plug and play solution. Needs no PC connection (only for power)
- Ultra low cable loss of only 0,3dB/km (3dB @ 10km)
- Galvanic isolation between transmitter and receiver
- Immune to EMI and RFI
- Immune to EMP
- More difficult to intercept ("tap")
- Very light in weight
- Optional back side connectors
