How to replay a recorded Signal via Tx port

i use V6-500X to capture a signal on the rx port. what should I do if I want to transmit the capture signal on tx port? do I need any hardware or software options to achieve this?

The SPECTRAN V6 RSA500 X includes a Tx port so no need to add any additional software or hardware keys.
