Its possible to upgrade option 0002 through an hardware upgrade service?

Yes but you would need to send the SPECTRAN V6 back to us since this is a "real" hardware upgrade: https://v6-forum.aaronia.de/forum/topic/where-can-i-see-my-installed-v6-hardware-options/

The upgrade should take no longer than 3-4 working days incl. fresh calibration.
