NEW: IQ Signal Generator get Relative Frequency for QAM etc.

We have added a "Relative Frequency" checkboxes for all modulation. This will allow you to adjust the center frequency from external blocks e.g. the Reciever Band Sequencer:

I am using V6-RSA 250X and am not able to set the measurement for the low frequencies. In the centre frequency, it only sets the value down to 205 MHz and won't allow for the lower frequencies. How can I fix this? our measurement starts around 50 MHz
