New IQ Rates available (46, 61 & 77 MHz) with latest Firmware

The latest firmware now offers some reduced new IQ rates bringing down the overall USB data rate as there are:
- 46 MHz
- 61 MHz
- 77 MHz
This might be interesting for hardware critical setups which only need lower bandwidths.
Please note that those bandwidth are not calibrated (but in most cases work fine).
In future we will only calibrate and offer the additional 46 MHz bandwidth since the calibration process is very time consuming.
