You can now simply hold and drag the Legend and Trace Legend (e.g. within the spectrum or waterfall view) via mouse at any time to any location within the graph. We also added some more color controls to the legends:

With a doubleclick to the legend or trace legend you get a pop up window offering full setup control (e.g. for the legend):
