NEW: µHz Marker and Frequency axis Resolution

Our new GPS/GNSS time base showed us that we are in need of a higher frequency resolution so we improved the frequency resolution of graphs and markers down to 1µHz (was 1Hz) thats a factor of 1 Million!
This new "advanced scaling" will be adjusted/extended fully automatic depending on the span and FFT resolution.

If you have a closer look at the marker table of this screenshot it offers a 1Hz frequency resolution which is already quite nice:
The new software upgrade now offers an ultra precise 1mHz resolution which are 3 digits more. This is what we call a frequency resolution :-):
