Maximum input power

Hi,

I own a Spectran V6 2000X, in the datasheet it says that the maximum Rx power is 23 dBm. Does this threshold affect the SDR when the Aaronia is not connected/powered on? So, what would be the maximum input power dependening on these states of the Aaronia (connected and sampling, conected and not sampling, not connected)?
