IsoLOG 3D Simulator
Quote from AdminTC on 27/02/2024, 09:33The IsoLOG 3D Simulator block adds antenna information to the Spectra stream and offers a powerfull DF simulator:
Left hand side input:
- Spectra
- Target
Right hand side output:
- Spectra
- Target
Adding IsoLOG 3D antenna and target information to the Spectra streams is usefull to check your code or simply to understand how this antenna works.
You can adjust all IsoLOG 3D settings incl. rotation speed, number of antennas, GPS coordinates etc. and even a target can be placed to simulate a RF source for DF:
A running debug mission might look like attached showing the aditional infomation added to the Spectra stream:
In addition this block gets real powerfull by using the integrated RF simulator: You can simulate a RF source (Target) e.g. generated by the IQ Signal Genarator block. The Target icon can be moved via mouse on the map to simulate different distances or angles to the IsoLOG 3D antenna.
If connected to a Waterfall block the simulation will by super realistic. You can see every antenna within the Waterfall block incl. signal strength etc. of the signal just as it would be a real setup. By changing the Target Congig -> Mode to "Position" instead of "Direction" even the distance of the Target will be simulated:
Typical Missions:
