How to measure -200dBm | Can I get a 1mHz (0,001Hz) RBW?

Yes you can add the IQ Demodulator block to go down to 1mHz:
As an example the setup and spectrum for a 10mHz RBW offering -190dBm DANL:
And 1mHz RBW offering -200dBm DANL but yes this takes a lot of time to get the spectrum:
I am using a RSA2000X with 1 Million FFT key. I am wondering if we could even go below the 245mHz BW possible with this key?
