How to download / import blocks via package manager on offline systems

What is the easiest way to install the licensed blocks that are only available in the packagemManager on a system that works exclusively offline?
Is it possible to download all the licensed blocks without using the RTSA software?

At the moment that isn't supported. For now best to contact us so we can send you the corresponding packages if you cannot use the package manager.
