How can I sent the received RF signal via same SPECTRAN (Direct Rx to Tx)?

Hi
could you please tell me that , how is possible to to transmit RF signal that received from Chancel 1 the same Spectrum ?

because its not possible to connect input IQstream to output IQstreeam from same spectrum

but its possible to connect it to another spectrum

and another question is about TX that I marked in this photo

could you please say what's this TX?
