How can i see a live Data Transfer Rate e.g. MB/s from a stream?

I would like to see the data transfer rate from a specific stream. How can i make this visible?

Its quite simple if you use the HTTP blocks with a localhost connection. Simply use the default settings and you get a live Samples/s and Bytes/s (amoung some others) display incl. a graph over time:
