FIXED: Handles leaking for new Version's AaroniaRTSAAPI.dll

The new Version's AaroniaRTSAAPI.dll（version 10255）see a lot of handles leaking as you running SDK sample program of IQReceiver. Could you please solve this bug? It will be leaked out 8 handles/second，so the total handles will be upto 5000 after running program decades minutes.
