FIXED: GNSS will not update using IQ streams over HTTP connection

The internal SPECTRAN V6 GNSS seems not to be updated if you use a HTTP connection and IQ data stream. A connected IsoLOG 3D DF antenna woks fine. Fix is on the way.

Fixed with todays build and will be available with the new RTSA Suite PRO v2.0
