FGPA performance
Quote from devang2310 on 08/11/2024, 11:34I am currently using the AARONIA SPECTRAN V6 Plus and it has a built in FGPA.
I want to know if this fgpa is capable of real time processing of 1024,4096,16k and 1 million point FFTs ?
Do i need an external computational unit for real time processing of these point ffts, when is ok just to rely and depend on the fgpa itself.?
How would i go about calculating the TFLOPs performance of the on board fgpa ?

If you need a higher resolution you need to stream IQ data to the PC and use the IQ Power Spectrum block which allows FFT sizes of up to 1M (depending on license) using the CPU.
