Features not granted

We just received our first V6 Plus. We tried to load the features from the USB stick, but the report on import shows all the extra features we purchased as not granted. We have tried rebooting the software, the computer, etc. with no change. Are we doing something out of order?

Was the device connected to the PC when you imported the file? The features will only show up as granted when the device for which the features were licensed is connected and detected by the RTSA-Suite Pro (the import itself went through).

Ok, that looks odd. Can you provide a screenshot of just the license manager window? The lower right side of that might have some useful information.
