Fan Noise

Hello,

One of my Spectran V6's fan will intermittently make a clicking/buzzing sound, I've attached an audio recording. My other unit has never made this sound. Is this something that requires an RMA?

Might be the fan connection cable (try shaking the unit). If the sound changes we need to fix it.

I haven't tried when it's making the sound, but I just moved it when it wasn't making the sound, and it started clicking/buzzing. So does that mean I need to initiate an RMA? If so, do I do that through here/you or the company I purchased the unit from?
