Fail to get data by api(AARTSAAPI_GetPacket )

I test the sample of "SweepSpectrum" below sdk\Samples\SweepSpectrum , the sample works well until function AARTSAAPI_GetPacket - the function does not return any data.

How can I solve this problem?
