Error help file installation

It looks like you were trying to install a very old version of the help package in a new RTSA that can't handle that old format anymore. The current version of the help package is 2.0.0.1. It seems we need to update the version available for download on the website.

However there is currently a separate issue that even if the Help package is installed it isn't recognized by the RTSA, so it won't be of any immediate use to you right now.
