eco-100 - where is my license?

i got my eco-100 in. im running latest RTSA-suite pro (v3), downlaoded today. I installed the driver for the eco (as stated in the printout in the package).

but i cant get past not licensed!?? (i dont see mention of license anywhere in docs, except for paid blocks ofcouse) I looked on the usb stick that came with the unit, there only seems to be a v6 license file (which i did import), but still getting this same error.

in the orders section of webpage it still shows my order as processing (I'm not sure if I should be downloading a license file from the website order page).

im on win11 , thinkpad T15 v2

The ECO itself finally took the license (green). however my Eco: Preamplifier still shows as red non-granted (and i did buy/pay for the pre-amp in my order).

So im not sure how to get the pre-amp authorized / licensed at this point.

(if others have same issue-> im Not sure what i did to make the eco license work. All i did was several OS reboots and disconnect/reconnect the eco while in RSA, and Finally it showed up as green / authorized). any suggestions on what i need to do to get the Pre-Amplifier licensed?

Real strange. Looks like we need to swap that unit. Please contact our service at [email protected] so we can exchange that unit.

sorry i updated the first part but not the second. all is good (including the pre amp license now).

After the Eco V6 license turned green (and the preamp was still red) I used the eco for a few hours and then shut down.

Then the next day I came back started it all up and the preamp license turned green as well! The only thing I can think is maybe it was a cloudflare / ddos security type protection blocking my requests from rsa app to the aaronia cloud license server?

I only say/guess that as I very frequently get those "cloudflare - verifying you are human" type-prompts when visiting the aaronia forms or the aaronia main site.

all is good now though.

The only thing I'm more happy with than my new eco-100, is the excellent RSA software. (wow, the software really makes this product great!) thanks
