How to see the full Display Real-Time Bandwidth ?

If I change the IQ Rate setting and watch the displayed bandwidth, then it doesn't respond. If I set 245 MHz, I see the displayed real-time spectrum with a width of approx. 165 MHz, in the case of 122 MHz, then approx. 103 MHz? From what lowest frequency can I set the real-time spectrum display. I set at least from about 154 MHz.

First make sure your view isn't zoomed in (try to zoom out if unsure).
