Daily post limit

In order to keep the forum clean and to protect it from unnecessary spam posts, we have decided to introduce a daily post limit.
This allows users to post 3 posts per day. The number of remaining posts is shown at the top left next to the login name.

Experience has shown that users (except spammers) very rarely post more than 3 posts per day.
Therefore, this restriction should have little effect on normal forum life.
