Create New Custom Block

Is it possible we create a new block or do some small edit on blocks ?

For example we can write some code on script block , then we save or export that scripts as a new block and use it in future.

Yes that is exactly what you can do with the help of the script block e.g. have a look at the Tetris demo.

I mean was that we add this script as a block in BlockGraphEdiotr wit name for example "Game"
