Change Language GUI

Is it possible to change the GUI language from English to another?

If possible, what languages are available and what is the procedure?

Most translations however aren't official (we can only support english and german directly) and also not constantly updated, so usually you'll still have some english parts in the UI. In some cases you may not even see anything being translated when the translation has become outdated.

Also most text that is dynamically generated (like block names) will always be in english, as many technical terms are basically impossible to translate. So if you're looking for a fully translated UI, the answer is no.
