Can i use the RTSA-Suite PRO with ARM bases systems?

No. The problem is the SIMD code targeting x86 ISA extensions like SSE, SSE2, AVX. So far ARM does not support those.

It might be possible to use the MAC OS version of the RTSA-Suite PRO together with a MAC OS Emulator but for sure the performance will be very poor.

If you are in need of a low power system you should better think about using the latest AMD Ryzon 4800U (15W) which perfectly fits the SPECTRAN V6 need of power (USB 3.2 GEN2) and needed USB throughput (2 x USB 3.0) incl. far enough power for the RTSA-Suite PRO (e.g. 8 cores).
