FIXED: Bad Texture Handling for >32k | Sweepmissions dont work as expected

This influences all sweep demo missions. As a fast workaround set the Spectrum Sweep block -> "Main" -> "Bin Mode" to "Count" and the "Bin Mode Count" to "32000".

This will reduce the RBW and the sweep missions will work as expected (but with higher RBW only).

Fixed with RTSA-Suite PRO 1.5.152.8457
