Only with the Raw IQ file, or also with the file generated by the regular Filewriter? Obviously if the issue already exists in the original recording it won't be fixed by converting to another format. Also please verify that the issue is real by looking at the recorded data in the regular Waterfall block, not just the File Source preview.
