8 GHz Extension Fail

It is showing up green that the V6 Wifi 6 Extension License Key is in the License Manager.

Yet, under Spectran V6 program pull down window, under Device Manager, the Device has a red circle with a horizonal line through it (A3-x-0300049.xxaaa...) It is below Reload Firmare.

How do I get the frequencies above 6 GHz to show up?
